As a member of national and international clinical research groups including the National Surgical Adjuvant Breast and Bowel Project (NSABP), International Oncology Network Clinical Research (ION-CR), and the Cancer Trials Support Unit (CTSU) affiliated with the National Cancer Institute, we also participate with pharmaceutical research companies to develop targeted therapies in the hopes to produce the best possible outcome for our patients. These companies have included: Amgen, AstraZeneca, Berlex, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Genentech, GlaxoSmithKline, Keryx, Lilly, Novartis, Pfizer, Point Therapeutics, Roche, Sanofi-Aventis, Schering-Plough and Wyeth
